How accurate are google reviews and hometrust reviews of IDs

Hi,

I find most Google reviews are 5 stars and include photos.

Like a product showcase.

I am wondering how real are those reviews.

1, 2 and even 3 star reviews appear to be hidden.

When I cross-reference the highest rated IDs in hometrust with Google reviews,

I do not get a good feeling.

Is there a better way to identify a good ID who can execute properly?

Like all reviews the reader need to exercise discretion.

Generally low-rated reviews that are extensive are more useful: https://www.hometrust.sg/latest-reviews/lowest-rated

Just avoid these IDs at all cost.
